For Bouygues Telecom’s “Fini les prises de tête” campaign, we brought our Welterweight motion control robot on set for a fast and flexible Multi-pass workflow.

Its Freedrive mode allowed our Dop, Mélodie Preel, to frame shots directly by hand, sometimes quickly adjusting start or end position multiple times without adding any delay.

The core of our work involved multi-pass moves, with some shots requiring up to 6 or 7 passes, alongside simpler non-repeated mouvement.

As the Freedrive feature makes for a quick and intuitive setup the camera stayed on the robot for around 90% of the day, even for static shots, saving a lot of setup time.
